Dear customers and business partners,

As you may be aware, there was a fire at our premises on Monday, 6th November 2017. The fire broke out during a period of full production, and investigations of the cause are currently pointing towards a technical fault in our power supply infrastructure.

Fortunately, nobody was hurt. We are very grateful to the fire service, German Red Cross, police and all who helped deal with the situation.

Our machinery has remained intact, but individual machines require to be professionally cleaned. Our emergency plan is in operation since Tuesday, rebuilding our infrastructure with mobile, individual measures as required. Our information records and our know-how have not been affected.

We will contact you in the coming hours and days to inform you about the restarting of production and delivery details.
